Optimize Report

The Optimize Report menu option, available in the Report Editor and defaults to 'enabled'. Optimize Report has no effect on flat Table based reports, but in the case of set based reports, it will prune any tables from the set that are not referenced by the report.
Archiving a Report

Alpha Anywhere lets you create archive copies of your reports. For example, if you generate end of the month statements using Alpha Anywhere and create archive copies of the statements, you can go back and look at the statements for a particular month at any time. To archive a report, right-click on a Report, and select Archive.

It is a relatively simple task to "print" a report to an HTML file. This particular example collects all the "pages" of the report into a single file and creates a set of bookmarks that allows the user to quickly find a section of the report.
